The lights are still out at the Curtain Club.
They have said that "only time will give us the necessary perspective to make decisions that are safe and practical".
But there has been some good news to report.
Every year the Curtain Club enters some of their productions into the Association of Community Theatres – Central Ontario Festival.
This year they entered The Patron Saint of Stanley Park, Burn and Tempting Providence.
At the online awards gala, they received 18 nominations and 8 awards – very strong results!
All three productions were recognized and they are proud to announce that Tempting Providence took home the big prize of Best Overall Production of a Drama! This show has not yet opened but they were fortunate to have a dress rehearsal adjudicated.
There is lots to look forward to when we can return to the Curtain Club!
